RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop creative design concepts and illustrations through final glass art on IGT product lines and collateral. Understand all phases of design and computer production. Design three dimensional themed gaming machine carousel illustrations in Photoshop for marketing and IGT customers with short deadlines. Logo development. Applicant will need highly advanced illustration skills (multiple styles) and a strong knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of other predominant graphic software programs beneficial. Knowledge of digital printing a plus. Work independently as well as in team environments with other departments on new products. Strong communication skills a plus. Provide occasional art direction and project management. Assist manager with the development of personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS degree in graphic design, illustration or related area plus a minimum of 6/10 years or equivalent experience exhibiting skills in graphic design, composition, advanced illustration, color theory and typography. Thorough understanding of computer production and current design techniques. Understanding of digital printing a plus. Advanced experience in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of gaming field trends and gaming design preferred. Good human relations skills, positive attitude and ability to work in team environments. Self-motivated and quality oriented. Ability to function under deadlines to achieve common goals. Participate in informal and formal design critiques and reviews. Ability to work with customers and internal product development teams. Portfolio required. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
